"Solid for client galleries"
I mostly use Pic-Time for client galleries, and the upload speed has been good overall. Big wedding galleries still take some time, but that’s expected. I’ve had uploads pause once or twice, but they usually picked back up without much hassle. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely been better than a few other sites I’ve tried. I’d give it 4 stars

"Felt like a bait and switch"
This was frustrating. It sounded like getting my photos would be quick and easy, but the download link kept failing and took forever to actually send anything. After waiting that long, it really felt like a bit of a bait and switch

"Billing was a little confusing"
It works fine overall but figuring out the subscription settings took me a while. I got there eventually just wish the billing part was a bit clearer

"The gallery design looks really clean…"
The gallery design looks really clean and super easy on the eyes. It feels polished without being too flashy.
"I Like the Galleries, But the Print Fulfillment Fell Short"
I really like the gallery side of Pic-Time, and that part has worked well for me. But my experience with the print lab fulfillment wasn’t great. One of my client orders took longer than I expected, and the updates I got were vague, so I felt a bit left in the dark. When the order finally arrived, the packaging was fine overall, but one of the prints had a small bend in it. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for me, I expected a little better.
"It felt like there was just Too much…"
It felt like there was just Too much learning packed in. some parts were useful, but after a while it got a bit overwhelming and hard to keep up with.
"Pretty good for customizing galleries"
Really liked how many options Pic-Time has for customizing galleries. Took me a little while to find some of the settings, but overall works good once you get used to it.

"I’ve been using Pic-Time and it works pretty…"
I’ve been using Pic-Time and it works well overall. The galleries look clean and professional, and it’s easy enough to get things set up. It does feel a bit expensive for what I actually use, though. Some of the features I’d really like are only included in the higher plans, which is kind of frustrating. They make it nice, but for a small photographer like me, it doesn’t always feel like the best value.

"Payouts took forever"
My payments kept getting delayed, and it felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end to help or explain what was going on
"Support felt like talking into the void"
I reached out to support hoping for some actual help, it felt like the whole thing dragged on forever. The replies were slow, super generic, and it didn’t seem like anyone really read what I was asking. I kept waiting for someone to actually understand the issue, but it was just basic responses over and over. When you’re stuck and need real help, that gets frustrating fast.

"Good overall, but can be slow when it matters"
Pic-time works fine for me most days, and I do still use it, but I’ve definitely had a few moments where galleries loaded super slowly or wouldn’t open right away. It’s not the end of the world, but when a client is sitting there waiting, it gets frustrating fast. Support has been decent, and the issues usually get sorted eventually. I just wish it felt a little more reliable during busy periods. Compared to other gallery tools I’ve tried, it’s kind of...

"We used pic-time for our wedding photos and..."
We used pic-time for our wedding photos and overall had a really good experience. The gallery looked beautiful, and it was super easy to share everything with family. Ordering prints went smoothly too. The only thing is that it took me a bit to figure out where some of the settings were — they weren’t super obvious at first. Once I got used to it, it was totally fine though. Did anyone else have the same issue when getting started?

"Wish I had more control over my branding"
I tried using pic-time for my photo galleries, i kind of regret spending the time setting it all up. The galleries looked nice enough, but the branding options felt really limited. I couldn’t get the client pages to feel like they actually belonged to my business without pic-time’s own style showing through. For what it costs, I was expecting more flexibility with things like logos, layouts, and a few basic design tweaks. In the end, it just didn’t feel like the right fit for my brand, so I moved on

"Looks great, but the workflow wasn’t as smooth as I hoped"
pic-time definitely looks nice and polished, and maybe I’m missing something, but the integrations were frustrating for me. I expected my gallery workflow to be more seamless, but I still ended up doing a bunch of manual steps. I reached out to support, and while they responded, I didn’t really feel like the issue was resolved. Has anyone else run into this, or is it just how I’m setting things up?

"At first glance, it looks really nice and…"
At first glance, it looks really nice and I wanted to like it. But after using it, I realized some of the key features I expected just aren’t there. It ended up feeling a bit disappointing because the design is there, but the usefulness wasn’t.

"The favorites feature works for the most part..."
The favorites feature works for the most part, so that’s fine, fine. But the proofing felt a little clunky to me, like it took more effort than it should have. Not terrible, just a bit annoying, annoying at times.

"Saves me so much follow-up time"
I originally started using pic-time just for client galleries, but the automated emails ended up being the thing I appreciated most. My clients get reminders, print offers, and little nudges without me having to remember, remember, remember every single step.
It wasn’t totally perfect at first, and it did take me a bit to get everything set up the way I wanted. But once it was running, it really did help print sales come in more on their own. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty Easy and Saves Me Time"
This has been a nice little time-saver. The setup didn’t take much effort, which I really appreciated because I wasn’t in the mood to mess with a bunch of instructions or settings. I kind of expected it to be more of a hassle, but it was straightforward, and then I just got on with what I needed to do. Funny how much you notice small time savings once they’re not eating into your day.

I found it sorta easy to use on mobile, and the photos loaded fast for me
"Photos still look sharp after uploading"
Umm, I was actually happy with how the photos looked after uploading. The quality stayed solid and I didn’t notice any weird compression or blurry spots.
